Glenn Stewart

Hello Mamie and Bob, it was with great sadness that I found out about Glenn's passing. I knew of his struggles, having come through a similar situation myself, and having overcome it. Please give my regards to Donna and Suzanne, and know that my thoughts and prayers are with you and your family during these difficult times. I lost a nephew to addiction in 2019 in similar circumstances. He was only 19. It was Tim's son Rory. I finished my studies in Social Work at Trent U, and am now working with homeless people with addictions and mental health issues here in Ottawa. Please accept my sincerest condolences on the loss of your son.

Oh, I am so sorry. My memories of Glenn are 40 years old, but I do remember that bright and handsome child so well, and I am sure he grew into a bright and handsome man. Please accept my profound sympathy.

Nous nous sommes complètement perdus de vue depuis plusieurs années maintenant, mais je garde un bon souvenir de toute votre famille. C’est un choc pour moi aujourd’hui d’apprendre le décès de Glenn. I’m trying to find the words right now as the thought of you not amongst us anymore is still a shock. You were a great colleague, fun to work with but mostly a friend who I enjoyed quite a few laughs with over breakfasts at Pacinis or McDonalds.
