It is with deep sadness that we announce the death of our aunt, Helen Dinan.
She passed away at St. Brigid’s Home in Quebec City on March 29, 2022, at the age of 95 years and 6 months, daughter of the late Katherine Askin and of the late James Dinan.
She lived in Quebec, Montreal and Mississauga.
She was predeceased by her sisters : late Mary Dinan (Gaëtan Bedard) and late Maureen Dinan (late François Buteau) and survived by her nephews and nieces : James Buteau (Julie Slattery), Francis Buteau (Nancy Delorme), Katherine Buteau (Gilles Marchand), Gail Buteau (Guy Godin), Derek Buteau (Monique Roy), Anthony Bédard (Josée Damphousse), Sandra Bédard; as well as her cousin and best friend Florence McGarrety and her siblings.
Thank you, Aunty Len, for always being there for us. We love you and will love you always.
The funeral will be held on Friday May 27th at 13 h 30 at St. Patrick's Church (1145, ave. Salaberry, Quebec). The family will receive condolences at 12 h 30 at the church.
Interment of the ashes will take place on the same day at 14 h 45 at St. Patrick's Cemetery.
