It was so easy to love Joanne. She became more than a bridge buddy.
Forever in our hearts and thoughts.

Je vous présente mes condoléances. We got to know and love Joanne through her passion for bridge. I only wish I played golf, her greatest passion, so I could spend more time with her.
Que mon soutien réchauffe votre coeur

Joanne was a faithful friend at Humber Valley Ladies Senior Golf. We played many rounds together, and she and I shared a common bond, both of us having married Caribbean men, mine from Trinidad and hers from Barbados. I made a few jars of ‘green seasoning’ that I learned from my mother-in-law that she treated like gold. ‘I put it on everything’ she said. We talked a few times after she moved to QC, about how much she missed golfing with the league. A generous, kind, giving person. I am sorry to have lost her, but know she has been released from her suffering. Godspeed Joanne. I am blessed to have known you.

Joanne was in both of my golf groups. I always enjoyed her company. She was a truly lovely woman, kind, generous, witty, thoughtful and a great sense of humour. I will miss her. She has made a difference in the lives of others with her presence.
